Why This Guide Matters

A mortgage preapproval tells you important information about the borrower. It does not automatically establish that a particular condominium project meets the requirements of the buyer's financing.

This checklist helps buyers and Realtors approach Florida condo transactions with one important principle:

Don't just preapprove the buyer. Investigate the building.™

Created by Delilah Goodman, Mortgage Loan Officer | NMLS #2733702, this resource is designed to help consumers and real estate professionals become better informed before contractual deadlines put everyone on the clock.

Education First. Strategy Always.™

Educational resource only. This guide does not constitute legal, engineering, financial, or lending advice, a commitment to lend, or a determination of condominium project eligibility. Requirements vary by loan program, lender, property, transaction, and current guidelines and are subject to change.
